This would include a character assessment, the likelihood of this person being able to build a team, and to rally employees behind the corporation and the leadership team.

·         The B4:  [This would be marketed to businesses and agencies.]

There would need to be a modification of this one which was prepared by Dave Nielsen.  It would need to have built-in responses and to have predictability regarding the advisability or either hiring or promoting the individual who completes it.

·         A Character Profile—Behind the Dating Mask/Behind the Relationship Mask: [This would be marketed to Therapist, Counselors, Clergy, Agencies in the helping profession.  It would also be marketed for use by Police Departments, law offices, etc.

·         SW Profile:  [This would be marketed for use by parents, school districts, etc.]
